ProjectsLeggere un racconto a casa del signore/a una domenica pomeriggio. Il progetto di Rebecca Agnes consiste nella trasformazione del codice della narrazione, la parola, in un codice improprio, il disegno. Durante la lettura di un libro scelto dal richiedente, l'artista estrapolerà le parole che possono essere tramutate in disegno. In questo modo, coloro che prenderanno parte all'ora d'arte (potrà avvenire in maniera collettiva o individuale) avranno un pennarello nero con cui disegnare su due pareti della casa.
Reading a tale in the host's house in a sunday afternoon. Rebecca Agnes project consists in transforming the narration code, the word, into an improper one, drawing. During the lecture of a book chosen by the host, the artist will extrapolate words which can be drawn. So people who will take part to the art hour (it may be individual or collective) will have a drawing pen to draw on two walls of the house.
Per 1 h art Aspra.mente si recherà a casa del richiedente per presentargli il proprio lavoro. Aspra.mente nasce intorno all’idea del “work in progress” inteso come ideazione di progetti interdisciplinari che si sviluppano nel tempo attraverso l’apporto fondamentale di altri individui. La linea di lavoro è prevalentemente legata al contesto sociale e culturale del luogo in cui si cerca di proporre il progetto, cercando di coinvolgere direttamente il pubblico e cercando una sorta di responsabilizzazione collettiva che renda l’atto artistico il più partecipativo possibile. Prevalentemente l’indagine artistica è rivolta al consumo del cibo come prodotto essenzialmente legato alla terra capace di generare progetti agri-culturali.
For 1 h art Aspra.mente will go to the house of the host to present his own work. The Aspra.mente group originated from the idea of "work in progress", intended as the conception of interdisciplinary projects which develop over time. The work which arises is often product of an in depth preliminary research connected to the socio-cultural context of the site in which the project is proposed, aiming at directly involving the public and searching for a type of collective responsibilization which renders the artistic act as participatory as possible. Aspra.mente's artistic investigation is predominantly concerned with food consumption as strickly connected to the earth and capable of generating agri-cultural projects.

Sara Basta propone “body cover”. Munita di valigia, contenente l'abito da indossare, l'artista andrà a fare visita all'ospitante. L'artista indosserà un vestito fatto dalla stessa artista e fatto di pezzi di stoffa disegnati e ricomposti in modo da rappresentare gli organi interni. L'artista poserà come modella, vestita con questa coperta per il fruitore che voglia disegnare o fare fotografie o girare un video. La performance intende rendere visibile ciò che è dentro e invertire interno ed esterno. Infine Sara preparerà e servirà una tazza di tè.
Sara Basta proposes “body cover”. Equipped with a suitcase containing the dress to wear, the artist will go and visit the user. The artist will wear a dress made by herself and composed by cloth parts drawned and organized in order to represent the inside organs. The artist will pose as a model dressed with this cover for the host who wants to draw, to take photoes or to make a video. The performance aims to make visible the inside, and to reverse the inner side into the outside. In the end she will prepare and serve a cup of tea.
PROBABLY GROUP è una performance in cui un gruppo (o un solista) probabile esegue un concerto usando strumenti costruiti per l’occasione. A secondo del tipo di concerto possibile , verranno realizzati degli strumenti e ideata una performance apposita alla situazione.

Art talking & flying is a project born from my recurrent trips between Italy, Luxembourg, Germany and France. Travelling and meeting is meant to be a possible opportunity for art exchange. At each time the artist will make a proposal for the travelling meeting appointment. Art talking & flying is located on the platform www.flash007.lu where the meetings’ dates and results (images, videos, sounds, texts) will be published, and where it will be possible for anyone to inform about her/his own displacements in search of other art-fellow travellers.

L'ora d'arte offerta da Marco Bonafè consiste nella mutazione di oggetti appartenenti alla sfera personale e domestica del fruitore. L'artista darà precise istruzioni: coloro che gli chiederanno un'ora d'arte, infatti, dovranno inviargli delle foto in alta risoluzione di alcuni particolari della propria casa (vasi , sedie , posate , soprammobili ecc.), una foto della famiglia o di un singolo componente, una foto di viaggio, una breve descrizione personale. Marco utilizzerà queste immagini in laboratorio per creare degli oggetti simili ma trasformati, deformati, mutati, da porre, durante l'ora d'arte, nei luoghi dove erano collocati gli originali nel momento in cui sono stati presi.
The art hour offered by Marco Bonafè consists in the mutation of the user's personal and domestic objects. The artist will give specific instructions: those who will ask him about an art hour, indeed, will have to send him high resolution images of some house's details (vases, chairs, forks, fornitures etc), a family picture or a familiy member's one, a journey's shot, a brief personal description. Marco will use those images in his studio in order to create similar, changed and deformed objects that he will put, during the art hour, in the places where they were originally placed.
Per il progetto 1 h art l'artista interviene all’interno della casa dell’ospitante spostando i mobili e gli altri oggetti d'arredamento. Lo scompiglio dei mobili si svolgerà secondo un personale criterio dell’artista, a volte casuale, mai suggerito da logiche di ordine estetico o funzionale. Durante la performance l’invitato e il padrone di casa discuteranno sul significato e le conseguenze dei cambiamenti, seppur minimi, nella vita di tutti i giorni, e sulle connessioni tra l’ordine domestico al quale siamo abituati e il nostro spazio vitale.
For 1 h art project the artist plays inside the hosting house by moving furniture and other furnishing objects. The disarrangement of the furniture will be made according to artist’s personal criterion, sometimes casual, never suggested by aesthetic or functional logics. During this performance the guest and the host will discuss about the meaning and the consequences of changes, even if very slight, into our everyday life, and about the connections between the domestic order we are used to and our living space.

Per 1 h art Enzo Calibè propone il progetto Your Green, che riprende il titolo di una sua recente installazione. Il progetto consiste in una veloce presentazione del lavoro dell’artista, che è incentrato sulla possibilità di una convivenza armoniosa tra l’uomo e l’ambiente naturale, seguito da una chiacchierata con chi lo ospiterà su quello che è il proprio rapporto quotidiano con il verde urbano.
Inoltre l’artista prevede la possibilità, su precedente accordo, di realizzare dei piccoli giardini in bottiglia. In tal caso sarà chiesto all’ospitante di tenere aggiornato l’artista sullo stato di crescita di tale giardino, tramite l’invio di materiale fotografico, impressioni personali, ecc. Tutto il materiale sarà archiviato.
For 1 h art Enzo Calibè proposes the project Your Green, inspired by a recent installation of him. The project consists in a brief presentation of the artist's work, focused on the hypothesis of an harmonious cohabitation between man and nature. Then it will succeed a conversation with the host about his own relationship with the urban green.
The artist plans the possibility, on previous arrangement, to realize some little gardens in bottle. In this case the host will be asked to keep the artist well-informed about the garden's growth, by the sending of some pictures and notes. All the stuff will be archived.

Rita Canarezza e Pier Paolo Coro propongono Hairdressers project. Il progetto artistico mostra come i negozi di parrucchiera rappresentino particolari luoghi d'incontro sociale e culturale all'interno delle città. Il progetto è iniziato nel 1998 durante un anno di ricerca presso il Center for Contemporary Art di Kitakyushu in Giappone.

Il corpo dell'artista che si muove durante la performance diventa l'elemento di correlazione tra il suono e l'immagine, il corpo che contemporaneamente svolge la funzione del "sé" e del "mondo", ma in risonanza l'uno all'altro.
Per 1hart, Anthony Chretien propone il progetto "disegni in risonanza at Home", attraverso delle performance improvvisate di disegni a carboncino di 30 minuti. L'Habitat sonoro e visivo del richiedente diventerà parte integrante del progetto successivo; infatti durante ogni performance verranno registrati i suoni ambientali del luogo della prestazione, e la stessa registrazione sarà riprodotta acusticamente come base sonora per il progetto successivo e così via ...

Anthony Chretien carries on a project made of improvised performances, charcoal drawings on paper, and sound frame. The artist's body moving during the performance becomes the liaison between sound and image, functioning as the self and as the world.
For 1 h art Anthony Chretien proposes the project “drawings in resonance at Home”, a series of improvised performances, during which the artist draws with charcoal pen for 30 minutes. The host's sound and visual habitat will be an integral part of the following project; indeed during each performance the ambient sounds will be recorded and used as acoustic basis for the following project and so on...

Questa operazione potrebbe essere l’approccio per chiedere ai privati, enti, associazioni, musei, ecc. della Provincia di Cremona di ospitare, scegliendo da un catalogo, in un periodo da concordare, un’ opera di un’artista: disegni, fotografie, video, sculture, performance, ecc.
Il periodo dovrebbe abbracciare un intero anno, dall’1 Gennaio 2010 all’1 Gennaio 2011 in cui si può richiedere di avere in prestito un’opera da collocare nei propri luoghi abitativi o lavorativi. Provvederemmo alla stampa di una mappa per segnalare i siti interessati, il consenso e la disponibilità delle singole persone dovrebbe poi favorire la possibilità di aprire le
proprie porte per visitare le opere ospitate.

A convivial hour to let people know the CRAC project, to listen, to report opinions and proposals about paths and projects to realize together. This operation may be the approach to ask private, organizations, associations, museums etc. in the province of Cremona to receive, choosing from a catalogue, in a period to be arranged, an artwork: drawings, photographies, videos, sculptures, performances, etc.
The project will run through one whole year, from the 1st of January 2010 to the 1st of January 2011. In this period you can borrow an artwork to place in houses or offices.
CRAC will provide for the printing of a map in order to point out the interested sites; the agreement and the availability of each person should raise the possibility to open his own house doors to visit the artworks.

L'artista vorrebbe fare una passeggiata per la città, durante la quale chiede che gli vengano mostrati i luoghi legati all'arte, come musei, gallerie, ma anche monumenti, graffiti, luoghi pubblici o privati. Durante il cammino si parla d’arte e della città. Come segno artistico del percorso l'artista lascerà in ogni luogo indicato un adesivo di sua creazione legato al progetto.
The artist would like to go for a walk in the city and be shown around the art places, eg. museums, art galleries, but also monuments, graffiti, public or private spaces. During the walk you will be talking about art and the city. The artist will leave in each visited place one of the stickers he created for the project as a track of the artistic walk.
La curatrice Eleonora Farina e l’artista Federico Pietrella invitano chi residente o di passaggio a Berlino a un incontro conviviale al Café Einstein (www.cafeeinstein.com) in un momento della giornata da concordare anticipatamente. Argomento di conversazione sarà ovviamente l’arte, in generale. L’incontro stesso tra le persone, nella cornice di un luogo-simbolo della città, nella determinatezza di un tempo specifico e con la programmatica intenzione di non produrre altro durante se non l’esperienza di un’ora di vita condivisa, è la proposta che inseriamo all’interno del progetto complessivo di 1hART. Risultato fisico sarà un’agenda dedicata unicamente a tali incontri, completa di tutti gli appuntamenti presi man mano nel corso dell’anno nonché di tutte le eventuali note a margine. Oltre quindi alla possibilità di fissare un appuntamento attraverso e-mail (come prevede il format di 1hART), Eleonora Farina sarà presente allo stand di 1hART presso la fiera “StEP09” a Milano il giorno 9 ottobre 2009 dalle ore 19.30 alle ore 20.30. In qualità di curatrice del progetto si occuperà di stabilire il calendario degli appuntamenti. Entrambi, Eleonora Farina e Federico Pietrella, saranno dunque presenti agli incontri al Café Einstein di Berlino, nel giorno e nell’ora concordata. È da considerare che le consumazioni di tale ora d’arte saranno a carico del richiedente.

The curator Eleonora Farina and artist Federico Pietrella invite the residents and those passing through Berlin to come and meet them at Café Einstein (www.cafeeinstein.com). The appointment has to be pre-arranged. The topic of conversation will be obviously art, in general. These meetings among people, in one of the symbolic locations of the city, take place in the determinateness of a specific time with the intention of producing nothing during it but an hour long experience of shared life: this initiative of theirs is within the framework of the 1hART project. The physical result will be a diary dedicated exclusively to all such appointments held over the course of the year, as well as any marginal notes that might come up. Aside from the possibility of setting up an appointment via e-mail (as is foreseen in the 1hART format), Eleonora Farina will also be present at the 1hART stand at the “StEP09” fair in Milan on the 9th of October 2009 from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. As curator of this project she will be responsible for organizing the calendar of appointments and both she and Federico Pietrella will be present at any meetings set up at Café Einstein, on the day and at the hour decided on. Those who request one of these meetings will be responsible for paying for any food or drink which is consumed over the hour of art.

Tra questi se ne potranno sceglierne tre. Durante l'incontro i video verranno mostrati, e dopo la visione si aprirà un breve dibattito che si concluderà con una critica da parte del pubblico sui video visti. Tutte le critiche verranno raccolte in un piccolo catalogo-libro.

The Zerbe sound project consiste in un'ora dedicata al suono e ai suoi sfocati confini. Tramite un registratore digitale e altre attrezzature verranno realizzate registrazioni in situ senza interruzione, successivamente diffuse su diversi supporti (il portale Ustation per esempio). The Zerbe sound project consists in one hour entirely dedicated to sound and to its elusive boundaries. Thanks to a digital recorder and to other outfits, recordings will be carried out in situ with no interruption. Then recordings will be released on different frameworks (eg. Ustation portal). Speakers and microphones will overrun the venue (private or public), thus achieving a recording on more levels. Guests and participants who will take part in the project will be chosen from time to time among different artists.

PORNOZAP. Un errore domestico. Pornozap consiste nel passaggio accidentale del canale di riproduzione al canale antenna. Il risultato, opportunamente montato dallo zapping, è una riflessione video sul palinsesto televisivo italiano che fa da sonoro alle immagini di un porno fuori frequenza. Il sincrono e l’adiacenza delle immagini all’audio e viceversa è spiazzante. La riflessione è trasversale.
PORNOZAP. Pornozap comes from a domestic mistake, an accidental mix between a local dvd player (porno movie) and the audio of 30’ of the italian tv program on a Sunday nigth. The result rapresents a strong synchronous between porno and different italian tv program. You realize they are perfect together. It make you thinking about what tv we watch.
_Whitenoise chocolates_ è parte di _Whitenoiseprojekt_, un progetto che ruota attorno alla parola “Informazione” e che intende svilupparsi in modo multidisciplinare all’interno della sfera privata e in quella pubblica.
1 h art fornisce all'artista la possibilità di indagare come la gente possa reagire di fronte ad un' opera che mette in discussione la fruibilità dell’informazione.
_Whitenoise chocolates_ prevede che l'artista rechi a casa di altri munito di una scatola di cioccolatini e la sua videocamera.
L'idea è di riunire il nucleo familiare attorno a questa scatola di cioccolatini e, una volta aperta, lasciare che i membri della famiglia discutano di ciò che la scatola di cioccolatini evoca in loro, filmando tutto quello che accade.
I cioccolatini contenuti nella scatola sono realizzati utilizzando ritagli di giornale e, ad una attenta osservazione ci si rende conto che contengono una serie di messaggi e di imput.
L'artista è mosso dal desiderio di indagare e documentare le diverse reazioni e discussioni, in modo da poter conservare materiale diverso a disposizione per poterlo eventualmente utilizzare in altre occasioni.
Questa operazione è anche un modo per cercare di capire se esiste o no un rapporto “diretto” tra arte e informazione e ragionare su quale effettivamente sia il ruolo dell’arte all’interno dell’attuale dibattito sulla libertà d’espressione.
_Whitenoise chocolates_is a part of _Whitenoiseprojekt_, a project dealing with the word Information and that means to develop in an interdisciplinary way in the public and in the private sphere.
1 h art provides the artist the chance to know how people react in front of an artwork that call into question the usability of information.
Whitenoise chocolates_ make the artist go to the host house with a chocolate candies and his camcorder.
The idea is to gather the family around the chocolate candies, making them discuss about what the chocs raise and recording everything happens.
Chocs are made of press clippings, and, focusing attention, you can see that there are some hidden messages.
The artist is pushed by the desire to survey and document different reactions and discussions, thus filing new stuff to be used for other occasions.
This operation is also a way to try to understand if it exists or not a direct relationship between art and information and to reflect on what is the art's role in the topical debate on the expression freedom.
L’artista chiederà di essere accolta a casa del richiedente per un’ora e nella quiete delle mura domestiche coinvolgerà il suo ospite in una performance di ascolto interattivo.
Ascolto n° 1 : Al richiedente verrà chiesto di posare le dita (indice e medio) sul polso dell’artista e di ascoltare la pulsazione per 10 minuti, in silenzio.
Durante i primi minuti il richiedente è invitato a contare i battiti e memorizzarli, alla fine dei 10 minuti potrà scrivere il numero dei battiti su un foglio.
Ascolto n° 2 : Sarà l’artista ad ascoltare il polso del richiedente per 10 minuti e a memorizzare il numero dei battiti durante i primi minuti, per poi segnarlo su un foglio a fine ascolto.
Ascolto n°3 : richiedente e artista si ascolteranno i polsi a vicenda, sempre in silenzio, per 10 minuti.
Ascolto n°4 : Nell’ultima fase (30 minuti ca.) avverrà uno scambio di impressioni, forse bevendo un bicchiere di vino, sull’esperienza vissuta.
Ogni performance verrà documentata.
Alla fine del progetto l’artista redigerà un documento con i dati relativi a tutte le pulsazioni registrate durante gli incontri e lo invierà firmato ad ogni partecipante.
L’arte si trasforma per ritornare forse alla sua essenza: la relazione tra artista e pubblico, due esseri umani che, in comune, hanno prima di tutto un corpo in cui scorre il sangue.

The artist will ask to be welcome in the home of the requester for one hour, and in the quietness of domestic walls, the artist will involve her guest in a performance of interactive listening.
Listening 1: the artist will ask the requester to put his fingers on the wrist of the artist and to listen to the pulsation for ten minutes, in silence.
During the first minutes, the requester is invited to count the pulses and memorize them, at the end of the ten minutes he will be able to write the number of pulses on a piece of paper.
Listening 2: the artist will listen to the pulses of the requester for ten minutes and will memorize the number of the pulses during the first ten minutes, and will write it on a piece of paper.
Listening 3: requester and artist will listen to each other pulse, in silence, for ten minutes.
Listening 4: in the last phase (30 minutes) an exchange of opinion on what happened will take place, maybe drinking a glass of wine.
Each performance will be documented.
At the end of the project, the artist will write a document with the data of all the pulses recorded during the meetings and will send it to each participant.
Art trasforms itself, to come back to its essence: the relation between artist and public, two human beings who have in common a body, where blood flows.

Insieme all'ospitante trascorrerà un'ora d'arte a "rielaborare" questi giornali. Il progetto si sviluppa su un duplice binario partecipativo: immateriale da un lato, fondato su un dialogo in cui si chiacchererà, si discuterà a partire dalle notizie di cronaca, mentre dall'altro lato si utilizzeranno i giornali per creare un drawing-collage. Tecnica: si disegnerà su un foglio bianco con dell'inchiostro nero e verranno inseriti, incollati i frammenti ritagliati dai vari giornali.
Il progetto si inserirebbe nel filone di opere cui l'artista sta lavorando negli ultimi anni. Questi lavori rientrerebbero in un circuito storico-popolare di impresa culturale in cui la specifica propensione a fondere le dimensioni materiali/strumentali con quelle simboliche/espressive si coniuga con una forte predisposizione alla comunicazione e alla relazionalità.
24hx7gg+1h. For 1 h art Isabella Mara will go to the audience's house with a small package containing the daily newspapers coming out during the last week. Together with the host she will spend one hour re-editing the journals. The project is built on a dual participative track: immaterial on the one hand, based on the dialogue in order to discuss beginning from news items, while on the other hand newspapers will be used to set up a drawing-collage. Technique: they will draw on an empty paper with some black ink and then press cuttings will be inserted and glued.
The project is part of the artworks on which the artist is working in the last years. These works form part of a circuit of historic and popular cultural enterprise in which the specific propensity to merge both the material and symbolic dimensions are combined with a strong predisposition to communication and relationship.
Il progetto prevede l'incontro con chiunque voglia raccontare all'artista i suoi segreti più profondi. L'artista giura di mantenere il segreto! Un documento in duplice copia attesterà, controfirmato da entrambi, questo patto. Il richiedente e l'artista avranno la propria copia del contratto.

L'artista intende ricreare il rito inglese dell'High Tea, impiegando un'ora del pomeriggio per preparare e consumare a casa dei partecipanti questa cerimonia tradizionale. The artist intends to re-create the disappearing ritual of the British “High Tea”, taking one hour of an afternoon to prepare and consume this traditional ceremony with the participant(s) in their home.

During the meeting between the artist and the host, a conversation about the sense of emotional ties will take place, beginning from the Jaques Prevert poem “Le Temps Perdu”.
The dialogue will be made material by a red yarn that will link the interventions, while a needle will be going through the spun yarn on one edge of the host's dress.
Finally a network will stress the sequences of events.
Everything will be recorded by a low definition camera in order to leave a documentary track.

L’opera si stratifica in divenire mutando di mano in mano.
Si recheranno a casa di chi li inviterà per donare un loro lavoro, in partenza sarà una fotografia che ritrae il momento in cui, nel settembre 2009 a Skopje, Valentina e Claudio hanno regalato, per caso, una parte di un’opera a dei bambini che la desideravano.
Catturare il momento in cui il destinatario riceve il regalo diviene la nuova opera da regalare. Lo scambio è duplice: in cambio di un’opera viene donato del tempo, a partire da un’ora. Questo tempo è necessario a sviluppare il prossimo lavoro, prendendo ispirazione dalle relazioni che si creano e dall’esperienza che si verifica con gli ospitanti.
Il tipo di documentazione può cambiare di volta in volta: una nuova fotografia, un video, un testo scritto ecc. in un continuo rimando, una sorta di catena, di albero genealogico. Ogni opera è riproducibile tante volte quante le persone che la richiedono in regalo.
Artists' proposal for 1 h art is closely related to the concept of artwork-gift. The work is stratified in flux changing from hand to hand. Artists will go to the host's home in order to donate their work, that may be a photo, which depicts some children in the moment when, in September 2009 in Skopje, they received a part of a Valentina and Claudio's artwork they desired.
Capturing the moment in which the person receives our gift becomes the new work to give.
The exchange is twofold: in exchange for a work everyone gives some time to the artists, beginning from one hour. This time is necessary to develop the next work, taking inspiration from the relationships and from the experience that takes place with the host.
The type of documentation may change time after time: a new photo, video, written texts etc.. in a continuous return, a sort of chain, like a family tree. Every work is reproduced as many times as people who require it as a gift.
Audio Project. Due o più frequenze di differente provenienza e origine inonderanno il vostro spazio, unendosi e così creando una nuova traccia. Tutto quello che vi verrà chiesto sarà di inviare alcune foto dello spazio prescelto e delle sue vicinanze, indicare la data in cui volete che accada, e le motivazioni che vi spingono a volere tutto questo.

Verena Stenke e Andrea Pagnes propongono la performance Topolini
Due Topolini si presentano in un luogo, vivendone il contesto e la particolarità del momento.
Sotto le vecchie maschere di Mickey Mouse, due personaggi viaggiano per il mondo: dal deserto del Negev al Checkpoint Charlie di Berlino, dal bar sotto casa alla soffitta della stessa. La loro azione si basa su un continuo confronto con oggetti e soggetti che ai loro occhi si presentano come veicoli del mondo “reale”. Nella loro sfida personale a ristabilire momenti di felicità perduta, cercano un senso della verità, ma si ritrovano in gap di tempo ed emozioni. La loro realtà è governata della semplice regola dell’“azione-reazione”. I Topolini sono niente perché non vogliono essere niente, eppure portano dentro di sé il sogno di tutto il mondo. Trasfigurano, diventando deposito di una memoria collettiva, un codice universale che definisce nuovamente reminiscenze ed associazioni.

Two mice arrive in a certain place, living its context and the peculiarity of the moment.
Under the old Mickey Mouse mask, two characters travel all over the world: from the Negev desert to Checkpoint Charlie in Berlin, from the nearby bar to the attic. Their action is based on a continuous presence of objects and subjects seen as vehicles of the real world. In their personal attempt to regain moments of happiness, they search for the truth, but in the end they find themselves in an emotional and temporal gap.Their reality is only ruled by the mere “action – reaction” formula. The two Mice are nothing because they want to be nothing, but they bring inside the dream of all the world. They transfigure an international code defining again reminiscences and associations, thus becoming a store of the collective memory.
L’artista propone tre opzioni:
1) L'OPZIONE LIQUIDA: L’artista a casa vostra vi chiederà di indicargli un angolo della casa in cui volete che lui intervenga. Egli
arriverà munito di episcopio e tempere acriliche, e macchina fotografica. Voi dovrete essere pronti con
un'immagine che volete riprodotta sul muro della vostra casa. In un'ora dipingerà in maniera liquida e veloce
l'immagine che voi avete preparato (il formato massimo dell'immagine da proiettare deve essere 10x10
cm, il formato massimo del dipinto sul vostro muro sara' di 100x70 cm.). Sempre durante la stessa ora egli
fotograferà il committente (voi) e l'opera dipinta. Vi chiederà di firmare una liberatoria per la riproduzione
della fotografia di voi e della sua opera, che ora vi appartiene. Forse la foto diventerà un’opera d'arte di
Pasquini, ma forse anche no.
2) L'OPZIONE SOLIDA: L’artista verrà a casa vostra, dove voi avrete preparato una serie di oggetti di scarto con cui egli, nel giro di
un'ora, comporrà una scultura. Poi fotograferà il committente (voi) e l'opera scultorea. Vi chiederà di firmare
una liberatoria per la riproduzione della fotografia di voi e della sua opera, che ora vi appartiene. Forse la
foto diventerà un’opera d'arte di Pasquini, ma forse anche no.
3) L'OPZIONE ETEREA: Questa opzione e' per il fruitore che non si puo' permettere di avere l’artista a casa sua, o che preferisce una
certa distanza. Il contatto sarà via Skype per un'ora. Stefano risponderà alle vostre domande e curiosita',
illustrandole con spedizioni di file di accompagnamento, file sonori e/o azioni improvvisate. Per questa
opzione egli si potrà avvalere dell'aiuto di collaboratori. La conversazione verra' registrata ed il sonoro potra'
essere usato per suo podcast chiamato "Why the Fuck not Ppodcast", ma forse anche no.

1) THE LIQUID OPTION: In your house, the artist will ask to indicate a corner where you would like him to intervene. He will arrive with an episcope and mural acrylic, and a camera. You will have to be ready with an image that you would like to
have reproduced on the wall. Within an hour he will paint, in a fast and liquid way, the image you prepared
(the size must be maximum 10x10 cm, the maximum size on the wall will be 100x70 cm.) During the same
hour Pasquini will take a photograph of you and the painting. He will ask you to sign a release form for the
reproduction of the photo of you and the artwork, that now belongs to you. The photo could become an
artwork of his, but maybe even not.
2) THE SOLID OPTION: In your house, where you’d have previously prepared a series of discarded materials, he will make a
sculpture out of them in one hour. During the same hour Pasquini will take a photograph of you and the
sculpture. He will ask you to sign a release form for the reproduction of the photo of you and the artwork, that
now belongs to you. The photo could become an artwork of his, but maybe even not.
3) THE ETHEREAL OPTION: This option is for the committee who can’t afford to have the artist in his/her house, or whom prefers a certain distance. The contact will be via Skype for one hour. Stefano will answer your questions and curiosities,
illustrating them with music and image file uploads, or improvised actions. For this option he could be using
the help of collaborators. The conversation will be recorded, and the sound could be used for his podcast
called "Why the Fuck not Ppodcast", but maybe even not.

E' necessario individuare il racconto che possa avere oggetti, persone,ricordi riscontrabili nella propria abitazione in modo da ricostruire l'abbecedario o almeno una parte.
Stabiliti gli elementi della storia invitiamo a fotografarli ed inviarli per mail, ogni elemento genererà un suono che in seguito farà parte integrante della propria abitazione. Nella nostra visita "1h d'arte" coinvolgeremo l'interessato alla costruzione di un'installazione fatta dei componenti da lui scelti nella sua casa per l'abbecedario. Lo sviluppo dell'installazione produrrà dei suoni che saranno registrati in tempo reale e ricomposti con la partecipazione del- degli interessati(o) al progetto. Così da creare un gioco tra suoni reali e suoni elaborati in post-produzione. La partecipazione all'evento costituirà materiale per l'impaginazione grafica di un abbecedario cartaceo che in seguito farà parte della propria abitazione.

4 accounts with all the letters of the alphabet
We need to find the story that takes place in the home of the person telling it and features objects, people and memories, from which we can reconstruct their alphabet, or at least a part of it.
Once we have established the elements of the story we can invite the participants to take photos of these elements and email them to us. Each element will generate a sound which will become an integral part of their home. During this "one hour of art" we will involve the participant in the construction of an installation. They will put together an alphabet of objects chosen from their house. The installation will make sounds which will be recorded in real time and recomposed with the involvement of the participant. So an interplay of real sounds and altered sounds will be woven together in post-production. The material produced by the event will be used to create an alphabet book for each participant to keep. It will become part of their home.

Live Self-Portrait è una performance. Lo scopo del ritratto pittorico è quello di rendere eterne, di fermare nel tempo, le qualità del soggetto. L'autoritratto dal vivo è invece quello di dare forma, attraverso movimenti, danza e parole alla transitorietà e la volubilità, qualità che appartengono all'animo umano. Verrà seguita una partitura/coreografia aperta, in modo che ogni autoritratto sia unico.
La danza è un arte che vive di presente, nasce e si sviluppa in un istante che letteralmente prende corpo, poi finisce o sfuma. Allo stesso modo un Auto-Ritratto prenderà forma e in seguito sparirà nello spazio che l'ospiterà. Una danzatrice o un danzatore entra nello spazio in cui è stato invitato e mettendosi in ascolto del luogo e di se stesso comporrà una danza estemporanea, usando la struttura di improvvisazione aperta del "Live Self Portraits".
L'evento danzato trasformerà la percezione della casa, un posto nuovo, diverso da come si è sempre stati abituati a vederlo. La performance potrà essere eseguita dall'artista o da altri performers inviati da lei.
Live Self-Portrait is a performance. The goal of Painted Portraits has always been to eternalise the quality belonging to its subject. Instead of it the Live Self-Portrait wants to give form, using movements dance and words, to transitority and volubility. Quality that belongs to human way of being. An open score/choreography will be followed by the performer in order to make every self-portraits unique. The art of dance lives of presents, a dance borns and develop itself embodying an instant, fading out after a while. In the same way a Self-Portrait will appear and fade out
in the hosting place. A dancer enter the space. She or he listen to him/herself and to the space. She/he start to compose a danced-portrait going through the given score/choreography. The dance happening will transform the perception of your home as another space that you never looked in this way. The performance will be executed by the artist or other performers sent by her.

The artist proposes a performance in a domestic space: he will introduce himself to the host, then he and the host will arrange the place, the mode and the time of the performance. Il progetto di Anna Maria Pugliese per 1 h art si configura come un momento di comunicazione estetica, creato dalla presentazione del proprio lavoro, articolato sulla ricerca di senso, e sul valore della memoria, come linea rossa di continuità tra passato e presente.
Scrigno di conoscenza sensibile, dal quale attingere valori e significati, per una ri-proposizione di senso nel nostro tempo, cristallizzato in ”eterno presente”.
Un’analisi est-etica della condizione contemporanea, attraverso la decodificazione iconologica e iconografica dell’opera d’arte, che si apre a nuovi contesti. Dove, nell’alveo del rassicurante spazio domestico, il rapporto ”face to face“ tra pubblico e artista genera una riflessione sulla funzione dell’arte, inducendo il pubblico a esprimersi con azioni creative individuali e/o corali che spostano la centralità del fare dall’artista al pubblico.
Fino a farlo divenire l‘unico vero protagonista.
Attore del processo di conoscenza che compie nella realizzazione dell’oggetto estetico complementare: una registrazione sonora e/o un video, per esplorare il senso in cui il significato è comunicato e come la percezione è definita dall’esperienza collettiva.
I vari interventi del pubblico, alla fine degli incontri, confluiranno in un video, orientato a evidenziare il fondersi del ruolo della memoria e dell’immaginazione nel comportamento umano, nel quale ogni azione è frutto di una dialettica tra l’istinto e la conoscenza.
A tal fine, dopo una presentazione delle principali fasi della ricerca dell'artista, saranno proiettati uno o più video, concepiti come momenti di alfabetizzazione delle emozioni, finalizzati a stimolare un percorso di rigenerazione dello sguardo.
Ri-animando, attraverso una partecipazione attiva, uno sguardo critico. Necessario a demistificare ogni conformismo a cui la logica comune annette valore.
L’uso di una proposizione semplice come una serie d’interrogativi sui meccanismi della visione sottende una ulteriore riflessione sull’interrelazione tra l’io e la realtà sociale, indirizzata all’omologazione delle coscienze, e sull’arte, come stratificazione di soluzioni sempre diverse ad un’unica esigenza: l’est-etica della visione.
Per la presentazione è necessario che nella casa e/o luogo ospitante ci sia un computer e, possibilmente, un proiettore se è prevista la presenza di molte persone.
Inoltre, lavorando sulla interazione tra parola e immagine è possibile, oltre alla proiezione dei video, leggere racconti e/o poesie, o, fare una performance dal vivo, coinvolgendo qualcuno del pubblico.
Anna Maria Pugliese's project for 1 h art concerns the estetic communication and is based on the presentation of her work about the research of sense and about memory, as a fil rouge between past and present. Le persone che contatteranno Mauro Romito dovranno scrivere una mail nella quale raccontano un episodio della loro vita in cui sono state ridicolizzate e schernite a causa di una loro “devianza” di genere.
Un’azione, un gesto, un rito del loro genere sessuale di appartenenza in cui hanno fallito o che non sono riusciti ad apprendere nel loro percorso di formazione come uomini o donne.
Nell’ora da trascorrere insieme Mauro vorrebbe usare questa falla dell’identità di genere maschile o femminile e trasformarla, insieme all’interessato, in uno strumento di deformazione del pensiero dominante attraverso il dialogo e il confronto fino alla creazione di un’azione, azione performata in un un video, una fotografia o una registrazione audio.

During the hour that Mauro will spend with the host, the artist would like to use the gender identity leak and change it into a tool for the mainstream deformation through the dialogue and the understanding. It will lead them to the creation of an action performed in a video, a photo, or an audio record.

Doppelganger is a german word used in the east and west popular culture to express the manifestation of a double.
During the performance the artist will measure the space, and she will be searching for the numerical relation between herself and the space in order to create a formula.
The artist will set the host free to find the unit of measurement used to make the space a double of herself. Some units may be scientific, other may be immaginative or poetic.
In the end Anna Maria will leave a drawing, a scheme or a map of the measurements.
